✨ Simple Bulleted Lesson Plan

1. Motivation / Warm-up

  • Teacher shows colorful objects (markers, pictures, flashcards).
  • Ask: “What colors do you see?”
  • Students shout the colors they know.
  • Quick game: Teacher points to a color, students say the name together.

2. Summary Discussion

  • Introduce the color words: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, pink, brown, white, black.
  • Teacher shows one color at a time.
  • Students repeat each color 2–3 times.
  • Ask simple questions
    • “What color is this?”
    • “What things can be red?”
  • Quick matching: point to objects in the classroom.

3. Activities

A. Tap the Colors

  • Teacher places color cards on the board.
  • Two students come forward.
  • Teacher says a color → students tap the correct card.

B. Color Worksheets

  • Students complete a worksheet (color the objects using the correct color word).
  • Teacher checks and praises correct answers.

4. Summary / Closing

  • Review: Teacher shows the colors again; students say the names.
  • Ask: “What is your favorite color?”
  • End with a fun chant: “Red, orange, yellow — go! Green, blue, purple — go!”

📝 Short Summary of the Lesson

Students learn ten basic colors (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, pink, brown, white, black). They identify and say colors through objects, flashcards, and repetition. They play Tap the Colors + Tic-Tac-Toe, where correct answers earn a chance to place a mark on the game board. Students finish with a color worksheet to check understanding. The class ends with a short review and favorite color sharing.
